1. Any other additional charges (i.e., service fee, tax, etc.) will be covered by the Cardholder.
2. Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 to 120 minutes about Marriott Vacation Club Products constitutes a condition of this offer. All Qualified Couples must attend the presentation together to benefit from this offer. Any Qualified Couples that choose not to attend the presentation shall be charged the full retail cost of the offer (as specified in the “Pricing” section below). Should you not qualify you may travel at the nonsubsidised offer price.
3. If you are found not to be qualified, you will be charged full room rate during your stay ( as specified in the “Pricing” section below)
4. The presentation is designed for couples (spouses/partners) aged between 28 and 65 with a joint annual income in excess USD75,000. If married or living together, couples must attend the sales presentation together, in order to qualify.
5. Cancellation, rebooking, no show policy, and room policy of Marriott Vacation Club will apply to this promo.
6. Cardholder must charge the total amount of the bill to his/her PNB card in a single-receipt transaction.
7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
8. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
9. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
10. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof

  • Offer Exclusions and Restrictions:
    This offer is non-transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is limited to one per household. No group bookings are allowed. Additional nights, if available, may be booked via www.marriott.com at the best available rate. This offer is not available to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other Marriott Vacation Club holiday offer, or to employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Please note that pets are not allowed with the exception of guide and assistance dogs (official certificate to be provided in advance). Flights, transport and travel arrangements, other than car hire, and other expenses are not included. If travelling by air, your flight information is required 45 days prior to arrival to secure your reservation; failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled or placed on a waitlist. The purchase of this promotional offer does not earn Marriott Bonvoy Points unless otherwise specified. This offer is a marketing campaign sponsored by MORI (Dubai Branch) JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai and may not include Marriott Bonvoy elite member benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary room upgrades, guaranteed lounge access or complimentary breakfast.   • Booking and Paying for Your Preview Visit:
    A booking is made with us when a) you accept the offer via the website or over the telephone; and b) you pay us in full at the time of booking; and c) we issue you with booking confirmation. A binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have issued you with booking confirmation.
  • Pricing:
    The cost of the offer is subsidized by MORI (Dubai Branch) JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai . The offer price is [USD 399] for stays between 1 June to 15 September 2025 and [USD 499] for stays between 9 January to 31 May 2025 and 14 September to 30 December 2025 in a deluxe room at the Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai and all applicable fees will be charged in US dollars. The offer price is payable at time of purchase. The full retail cost of the offer is up to USD899 and is based on current prices at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. The retail value of the accommodation is up to USD300 per night. We endeavor to ensure that information and prices listed on both our website and in any sales brochures are accurate. We reserve the right to amend the price of unsold arrangements at any time and correct errors in the prices of confirmed bookings.
  • Changes by You and Transfers of Bookings: 
    If you wish to change any part of your booked arrangements, you must inform us in writing before 7 days of arrival. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change. Any changes to your booking will be subject to a standard rescheduling fee of USD35. Rescheduling is not possible within seven days of the arrival date. Where we are unable to accommodate your request to amend your booking, a cancellation fee may be payable.
  • Any booking cancellations must be communicated in writing and initiated by the lead name on the booking confirmation ( email will be provided upon receiving purchase confirmation). Your notice of cancellation will be deemed served when it is received in writing, effective from the date on which we receive it. Cancellation fees shall apply. The cancellation fee detailed is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling, and amending charges which are not refundable in the event of the person(s) to whom they apply cancelling:
    • 40% of the subsidised offer price for open dated offers purchased but not booked;
    • 60% of the subsidised offer price for offers purchased, booked but cancelled 8 days or more before arrival date;
    • 100% of the subsidised offer price for offers purchased, booked but cancelled 7 days or less before arrival date.
  • Note: Certain arrangements may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any
    alteration or cancellation could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the
    arrangements in addition to the charge above.
  • If We Change or Cancel:
    Occasionally, we may have to make changes to your holiday arrangements, and we reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be insignificant and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your holiday arrangements. For example, if the minimum number of clients required for a particular arrangement is not reached, we may have to cancel it. However, we will not cancel your travel arrangements less than 14 days before your departure date, except for reasons of force majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. Most alterations will be insignificant and while we will do our best to notify you of any changes as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure, we will have no other liability to you.
  • Data Protection:
    Marriott Vacation Club International is part of a global group of affiliated companies (“Affiliates”), and your personal information may be shared among the Affiliates and transferred outside of your country of residence. Personal information that is transferred outside of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom is done under data transfer agreements that contain standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission or the United Kingdom that provide safeguards for such transfers. You may withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time.   • Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
    These Booking Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises between us out of or in connection with your contract or booking will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales. For Japan Offer:

  • Package Details:
    This offer is sponsored and subsidized by Marriott Vacation Club International of Japan, Inc. (“MVCI Japan”) as a marketing effort for the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan. Package includes accommodation for 4 days/3 nights in a Guest room at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel for a maximum of 2 adults, inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults (“Package”). Guests may opt for additional bedding in the room to accommodate up to 4 adults at additional costs.An extra person can stay for JPY 3,000 per night per person, extra bed(s) included, up to 2 extra persons/beds. Children under 6 years old can sleep together without additional charge, 1 child/bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 4 children under 6 years old. Children over 6 years old are regarded as adults. Extra person fees are settled at the front desk upon check-in. Blackout days include January 1 4, 2025 and December 27-31, 2025.
  • Pricing:
    The Package price is $399USD and all applicable fees will be charged in US dollars. The full retail cost of the Package is up to US$1,200 per Package and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice.
  • Restrictions:
    One package offer may be selected, per family, and no groups. The purchases of any of these Packages do not earn Marriott Bonvoy® Points unless otherwise specified. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. Package price is non-refundable and Package offer is non-transferable. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. Subsequent reschedules will be subject to a fee of US$59. Cancellation, no-shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 30 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of the Package.
